About the role

The Mass Recruitment and Personnel Management Specialist will lead large‑scale hiring campaigns and provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources department. The role ensures that recruitment processes, documentation, and staff coordination for project teams are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor mass recruitment processes for multiple projects.
• Maintain accurate hiring documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Coordinate assignment of recruited personnel to project sites.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to the HR team, including record keeping and reporting.
• Travel to various locations as required to support recruitment activities.

Required profile

• University studies (2nd or 3rd year) in Industrial Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mass recruitment and selection (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of industrial safety regulations.
• Experience with HR administrative processes.
• Own vehicle and a valid type C driver’s license.
• Immediate availability and willingness to travel within the city and across the country.
