Estrategy Social Media Manager

About the role

Publicis Groupe Guatemala is seeking a Strategic Social Media Manager to lead the social media presence of its brands. The role combines analytical insight with creative vision to shape and execute effective social media strategies across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and manage a team of Community Managers.
• Define, implement and monitor the overall social media strategy for multiple brands.
• Utilize social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater or Emplifi to gather audience insights.
• Analyze data, translate findings into actionable recommendations and creative proposals.
• Stay abreast of digital trends, audience behavior and social culture to inform strategy.
• Communicate insights through storytelling and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising, communication or marketing agencies.
• Proven experience leading and managing Community Manager teams.
• Experience handling regional or multidisciplinary accounts and integrated digital campaigns.
• Proactive, collaborative and results‑oriented mindset.
