About the role

The Digital Footprint Expert will lead the bank's SEO, geo‑targeting and digital reputation initiatives. You will continuously create and publish authoritative content, operate monitoring and analytics tools, and keep a close watch on competitive SEO activity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational SEO tactics (on‑page and off‑page) to improve search visibility.
• Produce and publish articles, infographics and web content on high‑authority platforms.
• Operate digital monitoring, analytics and social listening tools to track brand health.
• Conduct continuous competitive SEO surveillance of organized detractors.
• Generate operational inputs that support strategic assessment of the brand’s digital health.
• Manage technical escalations to ensure compliance of publications, optimizations and measurements.
• Strengthen institutional reputation and guarantee digital positioning.

Required profile

• Degree in Communication Sciences, Strategic Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Linguistics, Public Relations, Political Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience executing SEO editorial activities, producing digital content and handling monitoring/analytics tools.
• Proven ability to work with SEO and social listening platforms.

Required skills

• Content production for articles, infographics and web pages.
• Proficiency with digital monitoring and analytics tools.
• Social listening tool experience.
• Generative AI optimization (Google AI, OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity).
• Data interpretation (SERP ranking, organic traffic, share‑of‑voice, sentiment analysis, AI‑generated mentions).
