Facilitador de Empleabilidad

About the role

The Employability Facilitator will work directly with young people aged 19 to 24, helping them strengthen the skills needed for successful employment. You will guide them through training opportunities, vocational orientation, and pathways to job placement while fostering community involvement and projects that improve their and their families' quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Orient and accompany youth in building personal and career plans.
• Facilitate access to training programs and professional development opportunities.
• Monitor progress in training, community participation, and job insertion processes.
• Identify barriers limiting participants’ development and provide targeted support.
• Coordinate activities with strategic partners, institutions, and local communities.
• Manage data, generate reports, and ensure data quality.
• Promote leadership, volunteering, and youth participation initiatives.

Required profile

• University student with at least two completed years in Social Work or Industrial Psychology.
• Experience working with youth in vocational guidance, employability, or social programs.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to conduct field work in communities and travel frequently.
• Commitment to social development and the wellbeing of children and youth.
• Age over 18; gender neutral.
