Facilities Manager

About the role

IntouchCX is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee both strategic planning and day‑to‑day operations across its campuses. The role requires a proactive organizer who can balance the needs of team members, clients, and the physical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate reception, security, maintenance, mail, deliveries, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.
• Plan space utilization and resources for new campus build‑outs.
• Investigate options for new campuses and lines of business.
• Project‑manage contractors and campus construction projects.
• Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and compare costs for equipment and services.
• Ensure health, safety and legislative compliance across all campuses.
• Minimize business disruption during construction and oversee completion of projects.
• Respond promptly to campus emergencies and urgent issues.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to handle high volumes of work.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to follow organizational policies and procedures.
