Facilities Manager

About the role

The Facilities Manager leads day‑to‑day operations of facilities, office services and workplace experience for assigned locations, ensuring safety, compliance and an exceptional employee environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily building systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire protection, generators, UPS, elevators, CCTV, access control).
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and manage corrective maintenance.
• Manage office services such as reception, visitor management, mailroom, pantry, cleaning and waste management.
• Lead workplace experience initiatives, wellness programs and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure health, safety, regulatory compliance and business continuity planning.
• Control vendor performance, budgets, financial reporting and cost‑optimization projects.

Required profile

• Proactive leader with experience managing facilities operations and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
