Facilities Manager – Office Services & Workplace Experience

About the role

Athena is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations of facilities, office services, and workplace experience across its office locations. The role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient workplaces that deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire protection, generators, UPS, elevators, CCTV, access control, mechanical equipment) remain fully functional.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and manage corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine facility inspections, audits, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage soft services including reception, visitor management, mailroom, shipping & receiving, office supplies, pantry, cleaning, waste, workspace reservations, storage, assets, and parking.
• Partner with security, housekeeping, IT, HR, finance, procurement, legal, and business leaders to support growth and operational readiness.
• Drive workplace experience initiatives, employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and collaboration space improvements.
