Facturador – Perito Contador

About the role

The Facturador (Perito Contador) will manage the company’s credit portfolio and collections, ensuring timely recovery of receivables, accurate electronic invoicing, and support for accounting processes. This position contributes directly to the financial flow and reporting integrity of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the accounts‑receivable portfolio and monitor overdue balances.
• Contact clients with pending payments via phone and email to secure collections.
• Issue electronic invoices and record payments in the accounting system.
• Prepare aging reports and reconcile receivable accounts.
• Assist with general accounting entries and documentation for audits.

Required profile

• Graduated as Perito Contador (Accounting Specialist) or holder of a degree in Public Accounting and Auditing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in credit, collections, or accounting.
• Proven experience handling client portfolios and issuing invoices.
• Familiarity with standard accounting processes.

Required skills

• Electronic invoicing.
• Use of accounting software for payment registration and reconciliation.

• Base salary of Q4,750 per month.
• Performance incentives: Q250 bonus and Q500 result‑based bonus after a two‑month probation period.
