Fine Jewellery Host – Luxury Cruise Retail

About the role

Join the SEVEN fine jewellery programme on cruise ships as the public face of the brand. You will create memorable guest experiences through storytelling, seminars and events, turning engagement into sales while living and working at sea.

Key responsibilities

• Host seminars and presentations ranging from intimate boutique moments to larger theatre settings, using storytelling to generate desire.
• Drive guest traffic through ship events, VIP invitations, cabin drops, raffles and networking.
• Identify high‑potential guests, secure appointments and deliver personalised experiences from welcome to follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the sales team, Retail Manager and Fine Jewellery Sales Coach to convert engagement into sales.
• Plan and execute the voyage event programme end‑to‑end, including promotion, lead capture and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience in cruise‑line or luxury retail, preferably fine jewellery.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, comfortable hosting seminars and theatre events.
• Strong storytelling ability with knowledge of fine jewellery, diamonds and gemstones, or ability to learn quickly.
• Proven luxury sales and client‑eling skills, including relationship building and closing.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast‑paced international environment.

Required skills

• Fluent spoken and written English with professional communication.
