About the role
We are looking for a Flight Dispatcher to join DHL Express in Guatemala. The role involves coordinating with the Pilot in Command and ensuring all flight paperwork complies with current regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Pilot in Command on all flight paperwork and provide required documentation.
- Maintain accurate flight documentation and ensure compliance with human performance standards.
- Perform duties and operational responsibilities as defined by Guatemala’s Civil Aviation Regulations.
Required profile
- Valid Flight Dispatcher License and a current medical examination.
- ICAO English Level 4 and effective communication skills.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an aircraft dispatcher.
- Knowledge of Guatemala civil aviation manuals, regulations and ICAO standards.
