Forward Deployed Automation Engineer (FDAEs)

About the role

We are seeking Forward Deployed Automation Engineers to work at the intersection of engineering, operations, and automation. In a hybrid model based in Guatemala, you will embed with Workforce Management and Operations teams on the floor, identifying inefficiencies and delivering automation solutions that boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high‑impact automations that eliminate manual work across workforce management processes.
• Work directly on the operations floor to observe workflows, spot bottlenecks, and uncover automation opportunities.
• Rapidly prototype solutions, test with subject‑matter experts, and iterate until production‑ready.
• Create Tier 1‑2 automations such as scripts, RPA workflows, data pipelines, and system integrations for reporting, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Apply intelligent automation techniques—including RPA, scripting, APIs, data integrations, and Agentic AI—to handle complex workflows.
• Collaborate daily with team leads, analysts, and operational SMEs to ensure solutions meet real‑world needs.
