Forward Deployed Automation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Automation Engineer with a strong engineering background to build intelligent automation solutions that deliver measurable business impact. You will work closely with Lean Pods and contact‑center operational leads to translate complex workflow challenges into automated, ROI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Embed within Lean Pods to identify, design, and automate complex workflows.
• Design end‑to‑end automation architectures that combine RPA, Agentic AI, and custom code.
• Convert operational pain points into technical solutions focused on ROI, FTE savings, and process optimization.
• Partner with contact‑center leads to ensure technical solutions meet operational needs.

Required profile

• Strong engineering background with experience in automation projects.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or JavaScript and custom automation frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI workflows, or Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Ability to perform process mapping (PDDs), ROI analysis, and stakeholder management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting.
