Freelance Plumbing BIM Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Plumbing BIM Specialist to support real‑world plumbing BIM projects for global engineering and construction assignments. You will develop high‑quality Revit models of plumbing systems, work closely with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery aligns with client requirements and BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Model domestic water, sanitary drainage, and storm drainage systems in Revit.
• Produce BIM models at LOD 350 and assist in conceptual design phases.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to coordinate BIM data.
• Perform clash detection and BIM coordination using Navisworks when required.
• Support project delivery for U.S.-based engineering and construction projects.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 3+ years of experience using Revit on BIM projects.
• Proven experience as a Plumbing BIM Designer/Modeler.
• Upper‑intermediate English (daily communication in English).
• Immediate availability and own computer/laptop.
