Freelance Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish/English)

About the role

We are looking for a freelance recruiter who can manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition processes for multiple outsourcing clients. The role requires bilingual communication in Spanish and English and the ability to attract, evaluate, and place qualified candidates within agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full recruitment cycles for various client accounts, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Publish vacancies on job boards, professional networks and other talent sources.
• Screen CVs against profile requirements and conduct phone, virtual or onsite interviews in both languages.
• Administer and assess psychometric, technical and language tests as needed.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Verify employment references and background checks following company guidelines.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter, recruitment analyst or talent consultant.
• Knowledge of competency‑based recruitment, talent attraction and employer branding.
• Proficiency with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Own transportation preferred; gender neutral.
