Freight Broker

About the role

We are looking for a Freight Broker to join Easy Peasy USA Logistics, driving outbound sales in a fast‑paced U.S. freight market. You will create opportunities, close deals and build a personal book of business.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily cold calls to generate new freight leads.
• Prospect and build pipelines from scratch.
• Handle rejection and persistently pursue prospects.
• Close deals and meet revenue targets.
• Manage and organize your sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven outbound sales experience with cold calling and lead generation.
• Track record of meeting quotas, KPIs or commission targets.
• Ability to demonstrate results such as calls per day, deals closed and revenue generated.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Strong prospecting mindset, negotiation and closing ability.
• High activity discipline, resilience and competitiveness.
