French‑Speaking Short‑Term Rental Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Virtual Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of our short‑term rental portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in guest communication, and comfortable working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests in French and English across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other platforms.
• Manage reservations, check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest information.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other property‑related services.
• Monitor guest reviews and maintain high satisfaction standards.
• Assist with listing updates, pricing, and availability.
• Escalate urgent guest or property issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, hospitality, property management, or guest services.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and flexible hours.

• Guesty, Hostaway, Hostful, Hospitable (PMS/channel management platforms).
• PriceLabs, Slack, Google Workspace, task‑management platforms.
