General Finance Analyst (Guatemala)

About the role

The General Finance Analyst will act as a business partner for the company's operating areas in Guatemala, providing accurate financial insights to support decision‑making. The role involves preparing projections, analysing the impact of operational choices, and delivering analyses tailored to internal customers' needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and consolidation of revenue, cost and margin forecasts.
• Monitor weekly revenue and margin forecasts and present monthly results on behalf of Account Managers and Operations Directors.
• Validate headcount for programs with operations to align personnel movements with margin objectives.
• Assist the pricing function when required.
• Participate in month‑end closing activities, collaborating with local and regional accounting teams.
• Provide data for cost‑sharing, capacity calculations, quality control, and reporting needs.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent planning, organization and teamwork abilities.
• Initiative, autonomy, proactivity and effective decision‑making.
• Customer‑orientation (internal and external) and results‑driven mindset.
• English proficiency at B2 level (oral and written).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced financial and statistical analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of call‑center operational metrics such as shrinkage, AHT and occupancy.
