About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will support the operational unit of Coca‑Cola FEMSA in Guatemala, ensuring smooth recruitment, payroll information flow, employee relations, and occupational health and safety activities. The role combines administrative HR tasks with strategic support for cultural and social initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate coverage of operational and administrative vacancies and update SAP data.
• Receive, verify, safeguard and transfer payroll‑related information to the payroll department.
• Address employee needs, manage conflicts and support disciplinary processes.
• Organise health and safety occupational activities and report absences and vacation management.
• Provide recruitment and selection assistance and support area leaders.
• Assign pre‑sale routes and collaborate with all business areas.
• Maintain optimal service to the assigned operational unit and foster internal and external client relationships.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mass‑consumer HR as an analyst or generalist, including disciplinary processes, industrial safety and conflict resolution.
• Availability to travel, work Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend duties.
• Strong focus on results, collaboration, customer service and interpersonal relations.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, Ariba SAP and BW SAP systems.
