Gerente de Marketing

About the role

The Marketing Manager will design, implement and optimise our overall marketing strategy. You will lead campaigns, evaluate performance metrics and work closely with internal teams to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing and communication activities in line with the company’s plan.
• Coordinate lead‑generation initiatives across all channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business results.
• Inform existing and potential customers about products and services through creative marketing tactics.
• Monitor and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget, translating strategy into measurable actions that drive sales and brand awareness.
• Work with multicultural teams, building strong interpersonal relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field; Master’s studies are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role (Head or Manager).
• Experience with well‑known brands is advantageous.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organisational, numerical analysis and creative abilities.
• Proven experience leading operational teams and delivering results.
