About the role

The company, a leading consumer‑goods organization in Guatemala, is seeking a Financial Planning Strategic Manager certified in Power BI. The role will oversee the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cash‑flow management, while providing strategic insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and supervise short‑ and long‑term financial planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Create, manage, and monitor the annual budget, aligning it with strategic objectives.
• Perform variance analysis and produce periodic financial reports for senior management.
• Identify financial risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee accounting and tax operations, guaranteeing accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Serve as the primary liaison for investors and stakeholders, communicating the organization’s financial health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in a corporate finance role.
• Advanced analytical ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly.
