About the role

The company seeks a senior finance professional to lead financial planning and control for a pharmaceutical manufacturing business. This executive position will shape budgeting, cash‑flow management and financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the company’s financial, budgeting and cash‑flow planning processes.
• Oversee preparation, analysis and presentation of financial statements, management reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate accounting, treasury, tax, accounts receivable, accounts payable and budgetary control functions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable fiscal, legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 3 years leading teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using financial reporting tools.
