Gerente Financiero Regional – Centroamérica (Guatemala)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Finance Manager to lead the financial function of a multi‑country operation based in Guatemala. The role combines strategic vision, strong business orientation, and executive leadership across at least three Central American markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the financial strategy for operations in a minimum of three Central American countries.
• Act as a strategic partner to the General Management team for decision‑making.
• Lead financial planning, annual budgeting, forecasting and result analysis.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, profitability and overall financial structure.
• Oversee FP&A, treasury, accounting, cost control and financial reporting functions.
• Present financial results and recommendations to the Board, Executive Committee and regional corporate leadership.
• Drive financial transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate relationships with Shared Service Centers and regional teams.
• Develop and monitor financial and business KPIs that support sustainable growth.

Required profile

• CPA, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Financial Engineering degree; MBA or specialized master’s highly desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• More than 7 years of senior finance experience, including at least 5 years as a Regional Finance Manager.
• Proven experience leading finance operations in three or more Central American countries, preferably in manufacturing or industrial firms.
• Experience working with Shared Service Centers or regional corporate structures.
