About the role

The Senior Legal Manager reports directly to the General Management and is responsible for mitigating legal risks and ensuring compliance across three business entities. This role provides strategic legal guidance to senior leadership and supports the organization in navigating complex regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to the General Management, Board of Directors, and other departments on applicable laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, labor agreements, and other legal documents.
• Oversee compliance with national and international regulations relevant to the sector.
• Coordinate litigation, administrative, labor, and arbitration processes, working with external counsel when needed.
• Manage corporate governance activities, including legal registers, shareholder meeting minutes, and notarial or registry filings.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer and notary, actively registered with the professional board.
• Extensive experience in commercial law, labor law, compliance, and litigation management.
