About the role

The Commercial Alliances Manager will identify and visit potential business partners in Guatemala City, presenting collaboration proposals and building lasting relationships. This full‑time, onsite position focuses on field work to expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential commercial allies in the city.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to present partnership proposals.
• Maintain continuous follow‑up and relationship management with partners.
• Track agreements, report results and suggest improvements to commercial strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in commercial management, field sales or business development, preferably B2B.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities, capable of building trust with diverse interlocutors.
• Organised and autonomous, able to plan routes, visits and follow‑ups with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in the field, travelling across the city and proactively spotting new opportunities.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using mobile applications for logging visits and agreements.
