Head of Sales (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Viva is looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead its LATAM sales function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Co‑CEO, you will own the sales playbook, assemble the team, and drive both expansion and new‑logo revenue for a fast‑growing B2B service connecting US companies with executive assistants in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a repeatable expansion playbook for existing US accounts (first 6‑9 months).
• Create and execute a net‑new logo motion, partnering closely with Marketing to target enterprise accounts.
• Recruit, coach, and manage a lean sales team including Account Executives, RevOps and other needed roles.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to ensure alignment of strategy and consistent revenue growth.
• Own the two core metrics: expansion closed‑won deals and new‑sales closed‑won deals.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading sales teams, with a proven track record of solving large‑scale commercial problems.
• Hands‑on experience closing deals with C‑suite, VP or Head‑level buyers at US‑based companies.
• Consistent experience in $50K–$150K ACV sales cycles, handling both outbound (new‑logo) and expansion/upsell motions.
• Demonstrated ability to hire and manage quota‑carrying roles such as AEs, Account Managers and RevOps.
• Willingness to travel to the US (~25% of the time) and possession of a valid US visa.
• Fluent English for daily executive‑level conversations with US customers.
