Head of Sales - TikTok

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing digital advertising team as the Head of Sales for TikTok. You will lead a high‑performing group of ad sales managers, help clients across multiple industries unlock TikTok’s advertising potential, and drive revenue growth using AI‑enhanced tools and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with C‑level executives in CPG, Finance, Tel/Tech, and Auto sectors.
• Lead, coach, and recruit a team of ad sales managers, equipping them with AI‑powered prospecting, pitch personalization, performance analysis, and forecasting tools.
• Collaborate closely with clients and local sales counterparts to align strategies, build trust, and maximize campaign outcomes.
• Implement managerial processes such as annual planning, budget prioritization, and impact measurement using AI‑driven dashboards and forecasting models.
• Monitor AI trends in adtech and media, translating insights into competitive advantages for both clients and the internal team.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in media sales, with a strong background in digital performance marketing and ad metrics.
• At least 3 years of people‑management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead teams in matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record of using AI tools to enhance sales processes and outcomes.
