About the role

We are seeking a service‑oriented Hospitality Reservations Specialist to assist clients with researching, coordinating, and managing reservation requests. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering professional service while ensuring reservation information and client preferences are handled accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with reservation inquiries and requests, researching accommodations, services, activities, and available options.
• Coordinate reservation details based on client preferences and review confirmations for accuracy.
• Communicate relevant reservation information, updates, and modifications to clients and service providers.
• Maintain organized client records, track outstanding requests, and follow up appropriately.
• Help resolve reservation‑related questions while maintaining professional service standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
