About the role

We are looking for a friendly Hostess (Anfitriona) to welcome visitors at our Business Center in Zona 9, Ciudad Capital. The role involves ensuring a pleasant experience for clients, families, pets and senior visitors, directing them to the appropriate service areas and providing quick answers to their queries while promoting our financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors, including those accompanied by children, pets or elderly persons.
• Assign clients to the correct department or specialist to handle their needs.
• Answer brief inquiries on the spot and offer immediate solutions.
• Promote and explain basic financial products and services.
• Perform cash‑desk operations such as receiving payments and issuing receipts.

Required profile

• High‑school graduate (diversified level).
• Previous experience handling customer queries and cash‑desk tasks.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong orientation to service and sales.
