About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner will support business strategy by managing end‑to‑end talent processes, aligning culture with people, and driving business objectives. This position is based onsite in the Pradera zone of Guatemala City.
Key responsibilities
- Define medium‑ and long‑term HR strategies and action plans that align client areas with corporate goals.
- Lead HR processes to ensure the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
- Propose and implement innovative models and guidelines from specialist centers to maximize employee potential.
- Guide data‑driven personnel decisions in line with corporate policies.
- Coordinate standardized deployment of HR services across all client countries.
- Ensure execution of the annual HR calendar with consistent operational quality.
- Act as a strategic ally to business leaders, supporting team development and management.
Required profile
- University degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related fields.
- Preferably a master’s or postgraduate degree in labor legislation or change management.
- 8‑10 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or Generalist covering performance, talent acquisition, compensation, training, etc.
- Knowledge of Guatemalan labor legislation and personnel administration practices.
- Intermediate‑advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with HR management systems or ERP.
- Effective communication, negotiation, results orientation, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Availability to work onsite in Zona Pradera and flexibility to travel within the area as needed.
