Information Technology Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled IT and Cybersecurity Leader to protect our internal infrastructure and act as a trusted consultant for our external clients. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining secure networks, cloud solutions and disaster‑recovery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and optimise Xetechs Group’s internal IT infrastructure, networks and servers.
• Design and enforce corporate cybersecurity policies, manage backups, DRP and BCP.
• Continuously monitor vulnerabilities and respond to internal security incidents.
• Provide security training and awareness to staff.
• Manage IAM, MDM and device configurations for employees.
• Act as the principal cybersecurity consultant for client portfolios, performing audits, vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
• Design secure network architectures and bespoke cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Deliver Level‑3 technical support and assist sales during pre‑sale phases.
• Prepare technical and executive reports on security posture and project outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications or related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in IT administration and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of network devices (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos) and VPN technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Workspace).
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Intermediate‑advanced technical English.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
