About the role

The company is seeking a Cost and Process Engineer to support production and project costing activities in the Mixco area. The role involves detailed cost analysis, monitoring of manufacturing expenses, and post‑project financial evaluation to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost models for production processes and individual projects.
• Perform variance analysis and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare regular cost reports and present findings to management.
• Conduct post‑project cost reviews to assess accuracy of original estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve cost structures.

Required profile

• Graduated in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production costing or project cost analysis.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to perform post‑execution project analyses.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
