Integrated Solutions Manager

About the role

The Integrated Solutions Manager leads the creation of market‑differentiated logistics value propositions, aligning solutions with customer needs across multiple verticals. Supported by product, opportunity and execution teams, the role drives revenue growth through complex, bundled offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer, market and industry data to identify trends, growth opportunities and supply‑chain challenges.
• Collaborate with product managers, solutions partners and execution teams to design integrated logistics solutions and develop business cases, commercial proposals and executive presentations.
• Support sales during customer meetings, tenders, negotiations and complex solution presentations, and manage strategic opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Define growth strategies for customer segments and industry verticals, and coordinate with product teams on service capabilities, pricing and cost structures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain, solution development, commercial management or business consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or related field; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain management, financial and commercial acumen, and project‑management experience.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills.
