Inventory and Fixed Assets Supervisor

About the role

The organization is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the accurate management, control, and reporting of inventories and fixed assets across its stores and warehouses. The role ensures compliance with procedures, identifies improvement opportunities, and provides reliable data for managerial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise physical inventories and cyclic counts in stores and warehouses.
• Guarantee the accuracy and control of inventories and fixed assets.
• Analyze variances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the area’s staff.
• Implement process improvements for inventory and asset control.
• Prepare indicators, reports, and managerial dashboards on results and findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting and Auditing (CPA) – graduate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventories, fixed assets, auditing, or similar roles.
• Experience with SAP.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Power BI knowledge is desirable.
• Valid type C driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel nationwide when required.
