About the role

The Corporate Head of Occupational Safety and Health will lead the company‑wide safety and health strategy, ensuring protection of personnel, regulatory compliance, comprehensive risk management and continuous performance improvement aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG‑SST), ensuring its implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement across all operations.
• Design and implement the corporate safety and health strategy focused on accident and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation, international standards and corporate policies.
• Identify, evaluate and control operational and occupational risks.
• Direct audits, inspections and incident investigations, and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead process safety strategy and emergency preparedness and response plans to prevent high‑impact events.
• Administer budget, resources and investment projects for safety and health.
• Develop a strong preventive culture and high‑performance team, enhancing competencies and risk‑management leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or Occupational Safety and Health.
• Postgraduate studies in OHS, risk management or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years leading OHS functions.
• Experience in high‑complexity industries such as agro‑industry, manufacturing, chemicals, mining or energy.
• Proven experience with ISO 45001 management systems.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and contractor management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
