About the role

We are seeking a senior professional to lead business development and commercial growth initiatives. The role is strategic and cross‑functional, supporting the execution of business strategy, profitability targets, and overall results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities through market, client, and performance analysis.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete commercial initiatives.
• Lead and align multiple teams toward shared goals.
• Manage performance indicators and use data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Detect improvement areas and develop solutions that boost productivity and profitability.
• Participate in transformation, growth, and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Build effective relationships and positively influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Make timely, well‑grounded decisions with a sense of urgency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, commercial strategy, channel management or similar roles.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering results.
• Experience defining, monitoring and analyzing commercial KPIs.
• Strong analytical ability to convert data into actionable plans.
• Background in retail, consumer goods, technology, distribution, services or other high‑velocity commercial environments is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with ERP platforms.
