About the role
Distribuidora Mariscal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and ensure the efficiency of its warehouse, logistics, inventory, and personnel processes. The role is critical for maintaining quality, control, and service standards across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise warehouse and product distribution activities.
- Manage receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory control processes.
- Ensure accurate product identification, location, and traceability.
- Supervise and coordinate the operations team.
- Coordinate maintenance of material handling equipment, including forklifts.
- Support audit and customer service processes related to operations.
