About the role
We are seeking a Jefe de Producción (Production Manager) to lead our manufacturing operations. The position requires a professional who can oversee production activities from Monday to Saturday and ensure smooth workflow at our facility located at kilometer 7 on the Atlantic road.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily production processes.
- Ensure that production schedules are met according to the Monday‑Saturday work plan.
- Maintain compliance with legal and safety standards.
Required profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemistry.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Age between 25 and 32 years.
- Availability to work on site at kilometer 7, Atlantic road.
