Jefe de Tesorería – Senior Treasury Manager

About the role

The Treasury Manager will lead the Treasury team at BMI Financial Group’s office in Guatemala City. This senior position is responsible for overseeing the company’s liquidity, cash‑flow planning, and bank relationships to ensure timely fulfillment of financial obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control cash flow and liquidity across the organization.
• Manage collections and payments processes to optimize working capital.
• Maintain and develop relationships with banking partners.
• Strengthen internal controls related to fund movements.
• Provide reliable financial information for decision‑making.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, collections or similar roles.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating a team.
• Background in banking, audit firms, or leading audit practices in Guatemala.
• Dynamic, proactive, analytical mindset.
