About the role

The company, operating in the agro‑industrial sector, is looking for a senior professional to lead the Purchasing and Warehouses functions. The role ensures timely and efficient supply of materials, inputs, spare parts and other items essential for continuous operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Purchasing and Warehouses team.
• Oversee the full procurement cycle, from requisition to receipt.
• Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Control inventory levels and supervise warehouse operations.
• Identify and mitigate supply‑risk situations promptly.
• Seek cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Track purchase orders, critical purchases and supplier performance.
• Create and monitor key performance indicators.
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external suppliers.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Commerce or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in purchasing, supply, logistics or inventory management.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Strong background in supplier negotiation and management.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse administration.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing, agro‑industry, food, construction or transport sectors.
