Junior Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting team. The role supports the preparation and analysis of financial information, budgets, forecasts, and the performance monitoring of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
• Manage and monitor corporate cash flow.
• Produce comparative income statements between projected and actual results.
• Track financial performance of construction projects.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial projections.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify variances and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Graduate or degree holder in Auditing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in financial analysis.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, organized and goal‑focused.
• Own transportation (motorcycle or vehicle) is desirable.

• Advanced Excel and data handling.
