Junior MRO Procurement Analyst

About the role

The MRO Buyer will support the MRO procurement agenda across Central America and the Caribbean, ensuring supply continuity, competitive sourcing and compliance for an annual spend of about US$30 MM. The role collaborates with global stakeholders to drive process improvements, SAP adoption and MyBuy readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Support MRO procurement agenda across Central America and the Caribbean, managing approx US$30 MM annual spend.
• Execute supplier negotiations, bidding processes and payment‑term improvements to achieve 3‑7 % year‑over‑year productivity.
• Manage supplier selection, development and performance evaluation, monitoring service, quality, cost and risk.
• Track KPIs, ensure compliance with PepsiCo Code of Conduct, TPDD and SOX controls, and maintain supplier master‑data.
• Support MyBuy and SAP adoption, and drive process improvements with global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in operations, maintenance, spare parts, supplier management or similar technical environment.
• Exposure to procurement, sourcing or negotiation is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced English (fluency required).
• Intermediate Excel.
• SAP for transactions and reporting.
• Power BI and other digital tools (plus).
• Ariba/Icertis experience (plus).
