Key Account Manager - Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead relationships with our digital marketing clients, ensuring high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction. The role is strategic, not operational, and involves coordinating internal teams to execute SEO, SEM, social media, web development and automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships and communicate results clearly.
• Translate client business objectives into actionable work plans for internal teams.
• Coordinate digital marketing projects across SEO, SEM, social media, web development, automation and content.
• Monitor timelines, quality and scope, documenting requirements and progress in project‑management tools.
• Ensure all services sold by the commercial team are delivered as promised.
• Interpret reports and KPIs to guide strategic conversations with clients.
• Resolve client inquiries and incidents promptly and professionally.
• Identify growth and improvement opportunities within each account.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital marketing accounts in an agency or similar environment.
• Proven track record handling multiple real‑client projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of business objectives and ability to communicate them clearly.
• Excellent organization, documentation and multi‑account management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
