Key Account Manager – Guatemala

About the role

Signify is seeking a Key Account Manager to join its Commercial Team, working remotely from Guatemala. The role focuses on managing strategic relationships with key accounts in the lighting projects business to drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, revenue growth and profitability within the assigned territory.
• Build and nurture multi‑level relationships with installers, contractors, specifiers and consultants to influence product selection.
• Manage complex interactions across the customer ecosystem, including partners and alliances, throughout project development and delivery.
• Develop and execute an account strategy based on market insight to generate high‑growth opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to maximise profitability and strengthen partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the lighting or related project ecosystem.
• Proven track record of managing complex B2B relationships with specifiers, consultants and contractors in both public and private sectors.
• Relevant sales or project‑management certifications.
• Willingness to be based in Guatemala.
