Key Account Manager – Hotels & Restaurants

About the role

The company, a leading wine commercialisation and distribution business, is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead its Hotels & Restaurants (HORECA) segment. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of hotel and restaurant clients, strengthening current relationships and generating new business opportunities.
• Plan sales routes, conduct strategic visits, negotiate product terms and monitor inventory and promotional activities.
• Implement point‑of‑sale strategies and ensure execution of brand activations.
• Coordinate client trainings, wine tastings and promotional events.
• Track results, report on performance and ensure compliance with sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade or a related field.
• 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the HORECA channel, key‑account management, mass‑consumer or wine sales.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the country.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and communication abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using ERP software.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday plus half‑day on Saturday.
• Base salary between Q5,000 and Q6,500 per month.
