Key Account Manager Senior (Female)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Key Account Manager to join our team in Guatemala City. The role focuses on managing corporate and regional accounts for advertising and marketing agencies, driving integrated ATL, BTL and digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and regional clients.
• Lead the planning and execution of ATL, BTL and digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic insights and results‑oriented recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as Key Account Manager, Account Manager or Account Director.
• Proven background in advertising, marketing or communication agencies.
• Experience handling corporate and regional accounts.
• Track record of leading ATL, BTL and digital campaigns.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client‑service skills.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred).
