Language & Communications Facilitator

About the role

The Language & Communications Facilitator will deliver English language and communication training to members of the TELUS Digital Central America team. Working on‑site, the role focuses on improving pronunciation, accent, grammar, and customer‑service communication through targeted coaching and learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing English language reinforcement tailored to individual learning needs.
• Evaluate participants’ performance, identify improvement areas, and measure training effectiveness.
• Develop and implement action plans for specific language skills or topics.
• Coordinate logistics such as training spaces, audiovisual equipment, and clear communication with participants and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Language Academy students and other stakeholders to align training activities with operational requirements.
• Deliver high‑quality training sessions and achieve measurable results within established timelines.
• Provide continuous coaching to help team members apply language skills in daily responsibilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in the BPO industry.
• Minimum 6 months teaching or training experience.
• Schedule flexibility and availability to work on‑site.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to develop relationships.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Apps for Work (G Suite).
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets.
