Learning Experience Design Team Lead

About the role

The Managed Learning Services Team Lead for Learning Experience Design provides strategic consulting and hands‑on support for client‑facing learning programs. Reporting to the Learning Enablement Manager, this role oversees project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality assurance to ensure timely delivery of high‑impact learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a Learning Experience Designer and strategic advisor for client‑focused programs.
• Centralize all learning requests, allocate team members, and provide visibility on execution status.
• Validate workload estimates created by designers to ensure realistic project timelines.
• Guarantee that all deliverables meet design and development quality standards and receive client/SME approval.
• Upload final assets to the LMS administration platform and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with Training Transformation and other stakeholders to align processes, metrics, and performance targets.
• Collaborate with clients to craft learning strategies that support business goals.
• Guide and coach learning experience designers, monitor resource ratios, and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle escalations, identify opportunities for added client value, and build partnerships across internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Learning Experience Designer or similar role.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource planning.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to coach, develop, and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Ability to manage escalations and drive continuous improvement.
