About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Leader who will shape and execute the marketing strategy for our operations in Guatemala and the United States. The role blends digital marketing, content creation, data analysis, growth tactics, and technology to drive brand awareness and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall marketing strategy across both markets.
• Develop and manage SEO, performance, and content marketing campaigns.
• Analyze data, KPIs, and dashboards to optimize performance.
• Implement marketing automation and AI solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or content roles.
• Proven ability to work with data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• SEO and performance marketing expertise.
• Content marketing strategy.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio.
• CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
• Marketing automation and AI applications.
• Dashboard creation and KPI tracking.
