About the role

The Supply Chain Planning Leader will drive integrated planning across the entire supply chain, ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment and logistics resources. The role focuses on optimizing processes, strategic analysis and cost control to support overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan material and input requirements to guarantee operational continuity.
• Define and optimize inventory levels, establishing sourcing policies for each material category.
• Coordinate strategic sourcing with the Purchasing department to secure required quantities at the right time.
• Lead machinery and equipment planning, aligning operational needs with resource scheduling and contracting.
• Manage internal logistics planning, set dispatch rules and support warehouse and flow optimization.
• Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, consolidating strategic information for decision‑making.
• Develop analyses, indicators and simulation scenarios to provide visibility on critical supply‑chain variables.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Finance and HR to meet productivity, efficiency, cost and service goals.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply‑chain planning.
• Experience with S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Knowledge of material planning, inventory management and sourcing.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Background in financial analysis and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to travel as operational needs require.
