Manual QA for R&D – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is looking for experienced Manual QA professionals to join its Research & Development (R&D) team. This fully remote position focuses on ensuring the quality of web‑based products while collaborating closely with developers and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze end‑user requirements and create detailed test plans.
• Execute test cases, debug issues, document defects and track their resolution.
• Generate test result reports and defect logs.
• Prioritize and schedule testing activities for system requirements.
• Document system functionalities and act as the user’s advocate with developers.
• Identify and propose improvements to the QA process and software development cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience testing web products.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience designing test plans, creating test cases and debugging.
• Familiarity with additional web technologies.
• Extensive experience with Unix/Linux environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
